EMPLOYMENT NOTICE NO.1/2006(Centralized)

AND ABROAD CLOSING DATE 03.04.2006 TIME 17.00 HRS.)
Applications from citizen of India addressed to the Assistant Secretary Rly.
Recruitment Board in the format given in this Employment Notice, are invited
for recruitment to the following posts for the different RRBs on or before the
stipulated closing date and time. Candidates are advised to apply to RRB of
their choice for the vacancies of that RRB only. (A) Applications received after
closing date and time will not be entertained. (B) The envelope containing the
Application should be clearly superscribed in RED INK “APPLICATION FOR
THE POST OF ........... Category No....... & Community i.e.
SC/ST/OBC/UR/Ex. Sm. Ex-Servicemen will write ES in addition to community.
(C) Each candidate should send only one application for a post. If a candidate
submits more than one applications for same post of same RRB, his
candidature will be cancelled. (D) Applications should be sent by ordinary post
or dropped in boxes kept in concerned Railway Recruitment Board's Office for
this purpose. Applications received by registered post/courier or speed post will
not be acknowledged. (E) Candidates must fill in the application form in their
own handwriting and must sign, put clear thumb impression themselves.
Otherwise their candidature will be cancelled if detected at any stage. (F)
Candidate should note that the date of Written Examination for these
posts has been fixed as below : (1) Sec. Enggineer(s) - 28.05.2006 (2) Jr.
Enggineer (s) 28.05.2006 (3) A.S.M. 18.06.2006 (4) Assistant Loco
Pilot/Motor Man - 04.06.2006(5) Goods Guard - 02.07.2006 (G) As the
examination of the similar category will be conducted by all RRB’s
(including those who have advertised recently) on same date therefore
candidates are advised to apply to one RRB for that particular post. (H)
